Production time

All books are made to order. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping

Orders ship from the United States. Shipping times vary by destination:

Domestic (United States): 5 to 8 business days after production. Canada: 7 to 14 business days after production. International: 10 to 21 business days after production.

Tracking information is sent to your email once your order has shipped.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Damage in transit

If your book arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@higherclassmag.com with a photograph. We will send a replacement free of charge.

Lost packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact us within 14 days. We will work with the carrier to locate your package. If it cannot be found, we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund.
