Higher Class Editions ("we," "our") operates higherclasseditions.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have.

What we collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments. We do not store credit card numbers.

When you subscribe to the Registry (our newsletter), we collect your email address.

When you browse the site, Shopify automatically collects standard analytics data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent. This data is anonymized and used to understand how the site performs.

How we use it

We use your information to fulfill orders, send shipping confirmations, and respond to inquiries. If you join the Registry, we send periodic updates about new volumes and collections. We do not send promotional email to customers who have not opted in.

Who we share it with

We share order information with our printing and fulfillment partners solely to produce and ship your book. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not run advertising on this site.

Cookies

Shopify places cookies to operate the cart and checkout. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@higherclassmag.com. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are located in the European Union, you have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
