Refund policy

Our commitment

Every volume published by Higher Class Editions is produced to the highest material standard. Thread-sewn binding, 157gsm matte art paper, gold foil detailing, and branded presentation packaging. If your book arrives damaged due to transportation or handling, we will send a replacement copy free of charge.

Damaged books

If your book arrives with visible damage (bent covers, torn pages, crushed corners, water damage), email info@higherclassmag.com within 14 days of delivery with a photograph of the damage. We will ship a replacement at no cost to you.

Limited editions

Our books are produced in numbered limited runs. Because each edition is finite, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect address provided by the buyer, or dissatisfaction unrelated to product defect.

Refunds

If a replacement is not available due to a sold-out or discontinued edition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
